A young palm that grows into a skyline.
The Brief
A Saudi developer that has designed, built and managed residential projects since 2012 wanted an identity worthy of its finest addresses. It needed to stand for growth, permanence and the quiet confidence of a premium home.
The Idea
We read the name literally. In Arabic, 'tala' evokes a young palm, so we drew its fronds from the vertical lines of towers. The result is a monogram that is a tree and a building at once, rendered in brushed gold on deep stone.
The Outcome
From brochures to hoardings, the mark gives every TALA project the same sense of address: rooted, rising and unmistakably Saudi.
Identity in application
Gold foil on linen, deep charcoal envelopes and a monogram that rises like a palm. The identity is applied with the restraint of a private residence, never a sales brochure.
